Thanks to two kids at home, I’ve seen “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” (the 2005 version with Johnny Depp’s creepy hair) more times than I’d like to admit.
Has anyone had any positive or negative experiences going ‘ratingless’ with their annual performance review process?
HR professionals and business leaders have been talking about Millennials for a while now, as if this generation is locked in time, ever burdened with the reputation for being self-obsessed, entitled and fickle. But today, the oldest Millennials are already in their mid- to late 30s.
A common way to approach ethical issues is to ask, “What should I do?” In business, this translates into policies identifying how people should act in a variety of circumstances.
