Market-Based Salary Structures Stay in Fashion

Nearly six of 10 organizations agree: A market-based salary structure is the preferred method, according to WorldatWork’s 2019 Survey of Salary Structure Policies and Practices. The report, which was co-developed and co-sponsored with Deloitte Consulting LLP, showed that 55% of organizations opted for a market-based structure, while 24% chose the more traditional route.
