Deep Dive into Exec Comp with Peers and Experts in the Field

We’ll do more than scratch the surface at the WorldatWork 2019 Executive Compensation Forum. Because it is a smaller, intimate event, you can truly connect with people who live and breathe exec comp. Attendees highly value this setting to learn the nuances and soft skills that are critical to success.

From avoiding common pitfalls and preparing for comp committee meetings to new ideas around incentive design, you’ll learn about the intricacies of executive compensation through an exchange of ideas, experiences and insight with expert presenters and fellow practitioners.

Attend the fourth annual WorldatWork 2019 Executive Compensation Forum for:

• Stories and lessons from the trenches
• Innovative approaches to common exec comp scenarios
• Insights into compensation committees and meetings
• Peer discussions around pressing issues and new best practices
• Trends, predictions and the future of exec comp.

Takis Makridis, President and CEO of Equity Methods, shares what keeps him coming back year after year.

I love the Executive Compensation Forum. It’s an intimate setting with people who live and breathe executive compensation. It strikes a perfect balance where we have a large enough group that there’s a critical mass of diverse experiences but it’s small enough so that we can get to know each other, get past the pleasantries and hear about each other’s struggles, challenges, war stories, etc.
