Senior Research Analyst

WorldatWork is looking for a Senior Research Analyst in our Scottsdale, Arizona office. WorldatWork is a nonprofit human resources association and compensation authority for professionals and organizations focused on compensation, benefits and Total Rewards. This position will be part of a team that drives organizational insights and creates research products/resources for our members. We do most of our work in-house, so hands-on experience with market research is essential.

You have:

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 3 years of experience analyzing research data
  • Experience using SPSS, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience programming surveys using platforms like Qualtrics
  • The ability to tease out important findings from large datasets
  • Experience running driver models, and knowledge of SPSS functions like custom tables
  • Familiarity or experience (not required) with research dashboarding solutions such as Qualtrics Vocalize, Medallia, Tableau, etc.

Graphic Designer

WorldatWork is looking for a Graphic Designer in our Scottsdale, Arizona office. This position will be part of a team that designs, develops, and maintains education for members and partners of the association. Primary responsibilities include providing advanced-level graphic design and development following brand standards for educational content, digital/video presentations, and Learning Management System assets.

You have:

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design combined with a minimum of five years’ experience in video-based learning and Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience with LMS user experience design, graphical design, program editing, video technology, Web conferencing and other multimedia.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects), MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Website design with knowledge in HTML/CSS.  Understanding of design fundamentals and usability concepts of on-line education programs.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, be comfortable writing for and presenting to various audiences, be flexible and detail oriented, understanding of adult learning needs and program development, including a working knowledge of developing online educational programs on Learning Management Systems

Content Consultant, HR/Total Rewards Compliance

WorldatWork is a global not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving, educating and inspiring those who reward and engage the workforce. Our members include business professionals who are accountable for the critically-important practices of compensation, benefits and work-life programs within their companies around the world.  We have a unique opportunity for an experienced HR/TR compliance & policy subject matter expert to join our team as a Content Consultant. 

As a Content Consultant, you will be an ambassador, spokesperson, relationship-manager, and brand-builder for WorldatWork. In this role, you will influence publications, education, membership services, symposiums, conferences and events delivered, in order to keep Total Rewards professionals around the world informed of legislative and regulatory developments and represent the collective view of the rewards profession to federal policymakers on key issues. You will bring a broad understanding of HR/TR compliance, practices, content knowledge and professional relationships in the HR/TR and/or public policy fields.  Others will rely on you for your subject matter expertise, and you will work with other WorldatWork teams (Education, Events, Marketing, Publications, etc.) to create high-quality, high-value content for our members.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
