WorldatWork accepts payment in U.S. dollars by check, money order or credit card: American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover (U.S. only) and wire transfer. Please note that prepayment is required on all orders. Make checks payable to WorldatWork.

WorldatWork Press Return Policy:

When returning a WorldatWork Press publication, the materials must be returned in sellable condition. Returns received by WorldatWork within 15 days of your receipt will receive 100% credit less shipping and handling. Returns received between 16 and 30 days of your receipt will receive 50% credit less shipping and handling. Returns received by WorldatWork more than 30 days after your receipt will receive 0% credit.

Membership Policy:

Membership is on an individual basis, rather than an organizational basis and is nontransferable. Cancellation of WorldatWork Membership is nonrefundable.

Course Registration, Transfer and Cancellation Policy:

When registering for a live course or online event, payment is required at registration to hold your space.

Transfers may be made to another course or online event and are subject to space availability. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing. Transfer fees are as follows:

Cancellation Requests

All course cancellations must be done in writing. Credit issued for cancellations may be applied to other WorldatWork events or products. Credits not used within two years are deemed to be a contribution to ongoing WorldatWork research and related programs that support the profession. Credit schedule is as follows:

If you access the e-course materials and later cancel or transfer your course, you will be charged the full price for your course materials.

Exam Policy

WorldatWork is pleased to offer computer-based testing (CBT) as a convenient solution for customers who have registered for any certification exam.

All WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals computer-based exams are administered through Pearson VUE locations. When you purchase an exam, you will be directed to Pearson VUE to schedule your exam. Based on the testing center availability, be sure to choose the date and time most convenient for you in order to avoid rescheduling and cancellation fees.

Exams within the CCP, CBP, GRP and WLCP certification tracks are valid for eight years. If customers take longer than eight years to complete their certification, any exams that they passed more than eight years ago are no longer valid toward certification. Customers may retake an expired exam at a discounted rate. No time limits are in effect for the CECP or CSCP, ACCP or MCCP because these certifications are earned by passing one comprehensive, total test.

Master Certified Compensation Professional (MCCP) Cancellation Policy:

The MCCP is nonrefundable. Scheduled performance-based assessments cannot be cancelled or changed.

Executive Compensation Immersion Program (ECIP) Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

A participant may cancel their registration and receive a full refund of all monies paid to date if the cancellation notification is received 45 days prior to the ECIP online portal access date as noted on the registration receipt. If a participant cancels less than 45 days prior to the ECIP online portal access date, 50% of registration fees will be refunded. Once access to the ECIP online portal has been provided (one week prior to the first online meeting), program fees become nonrefundable if registration is cancelled.

Executive Compensation Immersion Program (ECIP) Transfer of Registration Policy

If a participant wishes to transfer their registration to the next available ECIP offered by WorldatWork, there will be no transfer penalty if the request is received 45 days prior to the ECIP online portal access date as noted on the registration receipt. If the registration transfer is requested less than 45 days prior to the ECIP online portal access date, there will be a penalty of 25% of the program registration fee; the remaining balance will then be applied to the next program start date or refunded within one year of the original program start date. A participant may only transfer their ECIP registration once; after that, all monies will be forfeited.

Executive Compensation Immersion Program (ECIP) Waitlist:

When ECIP is filled a waitlist will be started. In order to secure a spot on the ECIP waitlist, participants must pay the full program registration amount. A participant’s spot on the waitlist will be determined by the order in which their full payment is received. As a cancellation occurs and a spot opens in the program, the first person on the waitlist will be contacted. If the waitlist registrant can no longer attend, they may choose to shift their registration to the next available ECIP program or receive a full refund, and the next person on the waitlist will be notified.

WorldatWork provides billing and collection services to WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals ("Society"). Accordingly, certain charges may relate to services provided by the Society.

Conference Hotel Discounts

WorldatWork has negotiated a group rate at the host hotel which will be honored until the contracted block of rooms has been sold or until the cut-off date has expired, whichever occurs first. WorldatWork cannot guarantee the group rate after that time. To make reservations, please call the hotel listed for your event, mention that you are a WorldatWork event attendee and the dates of the event to receive the group rate. Hotels can be found next to the event on the schedule.
