Alison Avalos

Director, Research and Certification Management | WorldatWork

Alison Avalos, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), is the senior manager of research and certification for WorldatWork. She forms and implements strategies for content research, including the WorldatWork Salary Budget Survey, certification management, online community operations and online content deployment. Avalos has 18 years of experience working in the human resources field, and speaks regularly on compensation, recognition and total rewards topics at WorldatWork events and HR conferences. She has a M.A. in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix and a B.A. in Psychology from California State University.
