A block of rooms has been reserved for WorldatWork Conference attendees at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center.

All attendees must use the WorldatWork Housing Bureau to obtain discounted group rates. Rates are as follows:

$221.00* USD per night single/double
$241.00* USD per night triple
$261.00* USD per night quad

* Rates are subject to all applicable taxes (currently 12%). Taxes are subject to change without notice.
*A daily $15 + tax resort fee will be added to your rate. The daily resort fee includes: high-speed Internet, bottled water, coffee, newspaper and use of the fitness center.

Important Notice - Hotel Reservations
WorldatWork group rates will only be honored through our Housing System that will provide our attendees with excellent customer service and one-stop shopping. Hotel reservation cut-off date is April 16, 2010.

Attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations using the Housing System. The group rate will be honored until the contracted block of rooms has been sold out or until the cut-off date expires, whichever occurs first.

Travel by Air into DFW (recommended):
Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is approximately 10 miles from the Gaylord Texan. A taxi ride will cost about $20 one way. Shuttle service and car service are available.

Travel by Air into Love Field:
Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Center is located 20 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). A taxi ride will cost about $50 one way. Shuttle service and car service are also available.

Super Shuttle
Gaylord Texan Hotel has partnered with Super Shuttle to provide an economical choice for airport transportation services in their familiar blue vans. Super Shuttle saves you money by sharing the ride with other passengers with a direct trip to the airport, with stops at each terminal being utilized by Gaylord Texan guests. When taking Super Shuttle, please plan for a one-hour trip each way between the hotel and the airport. Upon arrival to the airport you must use the phones in Baggage Claim to call Super Shuttle for pickup.

Pricing for Super Shuttle Shared Rides

• DFW Airport: $12 per person
• Love Field: $19 per person
