Steve Gross is a worldwide partner and the global leader for broad-based performance and rewards at Mercer. He specializes in developing total reward strategies and designing incentive compensation approaches that support cultural change and pay for performance. Steve is a faculty member of WorldatWork, SHRM and the American Management Association, and served as a member of the WorldatWork Productivity and Alternative Rewards Committee. He is a frequent speaker on compensation and human resource issues, and has authored more than 40 publications concerning compensation strategies, benefits and human resource issues including the book, Compensation for Teams. |
