Leslie Stevens, CCP, CEBS, VP, Compensation and Benefits, Citrix Systems

Leslie Stevens, CCP, CEBS, is Vice President, Compensation and Benefits for Citrix Systems, Inc. in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Citrix is the global leader and most trusted name in application delivery infrastructure, delivering products and services that centralize, virtualize and minimize the complexity of traditional computing — significantly reducing costs, improving information security, mobilizing people and delivering overall  enterprise agility for more than 200,000 organizations worldwide in more than 130 countries.

In her role, Leslie oversees the total reward programs for the more than 5,000 employees in this global organization.

Experienced in the areas of compensation, benefits, training and staffing at both corporate and operating company levels within manufacturing, finance, health care, retail and consulting organizations, Leslie’s previous roles included Director, Compensation for Starbucks Coffee Company, Executive Director, Global Compensation for Merck & Company, Inc. and Director, Compensation and Employment  Worldwide for Johnson & Johnson Vision Products, Inc. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Cook College at Rutgers University and professional designations in both compensation and benefits.

Leslie has been a member of WorldatWork since 1988, serving as a director on their Board from 2005-2008, chairing the Benefits Advisory Board during 2004, and teaching certification courses for the CCP and CBP curriculum since 1995. She also is a publications reviewer for WorldatWork Journal, workspan and the Building Blocks Booklet series.

Active in her local community, she also takes part in many WorldatWork Local Network activities, previously serving on the Board of the Jacksonville Compensation Association and lecturing at local colleges and speaking at other professional events.
