Kumar Kymal, Head of Global Compensation, ITT Corporation

Kumar Kymal is an International HR executive with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. He has held a variety of senior HR management roles in global organizations such as ITT, Nokia, Cisco Systems and NCR. He has hands-on experience across the whole spectrum of HR functional areas including C&B, Talent Management, Change Management and M&A.

In his current role, Kumar is the Head of Global Compensation at ITT Corporation based in White Plains, NY. Previously, he was the Global Director of compensation at Nokia, working in Finland and the UK.  Prior to that, Kumar was at Cisco Systems in Paris, France, where he was Head of HR for Emerging Markets; in his first role at Cisco he established the compensation & benefits function for EMEA.  Kumar began his career at NCR in the US and worked for over 10 year in multiple locations in both the US and the UK. His last role prior to joining Cisco was as the Global HR director for NCR’s Financial Self Service business based in the UK.
