Constance “Connie” L. Haney, CCP, GRP, CBP, Director, Global Compensation & Benefits, Mentor Graphics Corporation, Portland, Oregon

Connie is currently responsible for the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs for employees in 28 countries.  Prior to joining Mentor, she held Compensation & Benefits management positions with GMAC-ResCap, Cargill, Inc., Ceridian Corporation, and Foodmaker, Inc. a former division of Ralston Purina.  As an independent consultant she serviced clients in the technology, academic, pharmaceutical, biotechnology research, and financial services fields.  With almost thirty years of compensation experience, Connie has worked with non-profit and for-profit companies in all phases of business life cycles from venture capital start-ups to established mature corporate organizations. Connie holds a degree in economics from Trinity International University, Deerfield, Illinois and a MBA from George Fox University, Portland, Oregon.
