Ann S. Kraus, CCP, Vice President, Compensation and Benefits, The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America

Vice President, Compensation and Benefits, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. 
Ann is responsible for Guardian’s company-wide total rewards program covering 5,000+ employees. Prior to joining Guardian, she held a similar position at The New York Times Company.  Ms. Kraus previously served as Director of Compensation at Prudential Insurance Company as well as at other financial services organizations, including  Imperial Bank of Commerce, Irving Trust Company and Broadway Bank and Trust Company. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from William Paterson University and an MBA in management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ann presently serves as a member of the Compensation Advisory Board for WorldatWork.
