Ann Hatcher, Vice President, Executive and Workforce Development Programs , HCA
Ann is VP Executive & Workforce Development at HCA, the nation’s largest for-profit healthcare provider with more than 160 hospitals and approximately 180,000 employees. In this role, she is responsible for analyzing the depth of HCA’s management pipeline and implementing solutions to develop incumbent and future leaders. She is also responsible for national workforce development strategies and corporate office recruiting.
Ann joined HCA in 1997 as a corporate recruiter and has held management positions in recruitment, compensation and talent management since 1998. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, and an MBA from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Ann was recently appointed to the Compensation Advisory Board at WorldatWork. She also serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee, Love in a Big World, and the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education. She has been a WorldatWork member since 1998. |
