Course and Exam Payment,
Refund and Cancellation Information
- Payment is due with registration and is required to hold your space.
- Additional late fees apply when registering within 15 calendar days for the event: 8-15 calendar days prior to start of event add $10 USD; 1-7 days prior to start of event add $20 USD. Late fees do not apply to courses held in those locations where course binders are picked up on site.
- Course binders (and BAII calculator, if applicable) will be available for pick up on site the day of the course for all classroom public education courses or one-day seminars. Participants will now have the opportunity to access the course binder electronically for two-day courses, as a PDF. The e-binder will be accessible two weeks prior to the course start date or upon registration if you register within two weeks of the course.

- Because waiting lists typically exist for our events, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

- If you access the e-binder and then cancel or transfer the course, you will be charged full price for the binder.
- In case of course cancellation:
- To receive full credit, the shrink-wrapped binder must be returned within 21 days of the cancellation request. If canceling a course with e-binder availability, the return of the shrink-wrapped binder (and BAII calculator, if applicable) does not apply.
- You will be invoiced for the current price of the materials (Members $460 USD; nonmembers $690 USD) if the binder is not received within 21 days.
- To receive full credit, T3 calculators must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

- WorldatWork is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable means of shipment

WorldatWork does not permit the use of audio or videotaping devices at its training events.
Dress at WorldatWork events is casual. Room temperature tends to fluctuate; dressing in layers is advised.

Room assignments will be posted at the event location. Name badges and table signs will be in the meeting room.
CourseCasts:
- Participants are required to have at time of course a computer, Internet access and a telephone line.
- Course binder will be mailed to participants prior to the first day of class. Registrants may incur additional charges for overnight shipping.
- Connection information will be provided to registrants via the WorldatWork Web site. Once registered, login to the site, click My Profile and choose My Online Education. Select the course you wish to access and follow instructions on the Web page.
- Each course includes a credit for an examination, which may be taken at a later date at a scheduled WorldatWork exam location. To schedule your exam time, call Customer Relationship Services at 877-951-9191 (toll-free) or 480-922-2020 (local).
Online Classroom
Instructions for participating in a WorldatWork virtual CourseCast (Live or OnDemand) or Webinar (Live or OnDemand) are available through the “My Profile” page under “My Online Education” and they are e-mailed to you one day before the event if it is live.
Exam Information (if applicable)
- Exams are given on Day 3 for our classroom setting certification courses, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon or through computer-based testing for participants outside of the traditional classroom environment. Classroom exam participants may check in anytime between 7:30 and 9 a.m. Note: Exam times can vary at some sponsored events, please contact Customer Relationship Services or inquire on site.
- A picture ID is required for check-in at all exam sessions. If you are taking an exam through computer-based testing, some testing centers may require additional identification and prohibit certain items from the testing room. You will be issued a locker at the testing center.
- If you need to schedule an exam separately from a course (e.g., exam-onlys, CourseCast exams, retakes), please visit www.worldatwork.org/cbt or contact Customer Relationship Services for information on registration and testing options through computer-based testing.
- You will be notified by e-mail when your exam result is posted online, approximately two to four weeks after you complete an exam. Computer-based exam participants will receive a preliminary score immediately. If your e-mail address is not on file with WorldatWork, please contact Customer Relationship Services at 877-951-9191.
Billing Information
WorldatWork provides billing and collection services to WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals ("Society"). Accordingly, certain charges may relate to services provided by the Society.

Products must be returned in sellable condition. Course binders must remain in unopened shrink-wrapped packaging. Building Blocks, e-books, multimedia products, self-study binders and sale items are not returnable. If canceling a course with e-binder availability, the return of the shrink-wrapped binder (and BAII calculator, if applicable) does not apply. However, if the e-binder is accessed for these courses and then you cancel or transfer the course, you will be charged the full amount for the binder. |
Other Information
WorldatWork 511: The Course and Event Disruption Notification Line

WorldatWork 511 is a course and event disruption notification line in case any natural or man-made emergency impacts a scheduled educational event. WorldatWork 511 streamlines the process to alert course presenters, participants and partners of any last-minute changes, both on site and online.
When someone reports an emergency, a recording will be made and sent to multiple WorldatWork staff members who can take action. We will confirm details with the original caller and update WorldatWork 511 for any future callers with the latest status (the instructor will arrive by 11 a.m., the course has moved to a new location, etc.).
Hotel Discounts
WorldatWork has negotiated a group rate at the host hotel which will be honored until the contracted block of rooms has been sold or until the cut-off date has expired, whichever occurs first. WorldatWork cannot guarantee the group rate after that time. To make reservations, please call the hotel listed for your event, mention that you are a WorldatWork event attendee and the dates of the event to receive the group rate. Hotels can be found next to the event on the schedule.

- Course Binder and Computer-Based Testing Certification Exam Package: Includes course binder and exam credit. Course binders for the Self-Study program cannot be returned to WorldatWork. Once registration is complete for this package, customers will receive instructions to schedule their exam through the WorldatWork computer-based testing partner, Pearson VUE.
- Computer-Based Testing Certification Exam Only: Includes only registration for a certification exam session. Once registration is complete and payment is received, customers will receive easy instructions to schedule their exam through the WorldatWork computer-based testing partner, Pearson VUE.

- CourseCast, Computer-Based Testing Certification Exam & Playback Package: Includes tuition, course binder, roster, exam credit and 90-day playback. Once registration is complete for this package, customers will receive instructions to schedule their exam through the WorldatWork computer-based testing partner, Pearson VUE.
- CourseCast & Playback Package: Includes tuition, course binder, roster and 90-day playback.
- CourseCast On-Demand Only: Includes course binder and 90-day playback.
- CourseCast On-Demand & Computer-Based Testing Certification Exam Package: Includes course binder, 90-day playback and exam credit.
