Course and Exam Payment Information
- Payment is due with registration and is required to hold your space.
- Course binders (and BAII calculator, if applicable) will be available for pick up on site the day of the course for all classroom public education courses or one-day seminars. Participants will now have the opportunity to access the course binder electronically for two-day courses, as a PDF. The e-binder will be accessible two weeks prior to the course start date or upon registration if you register within two weeks of the course.
- If you access the e-binder and then cancel or transfer the course, you will be charged full price for the binder.
- Because waiting lists typically exist for our events, please visit www.worldatwork.org/refundpolicy for an explanation of our cancellation and refund policy.
Traditional Classroom Setting:

WorldatWork does not permit the use of audio or videotaping devices at its training events.

Dress at WorldatWork events is casual. Room temperature tends to fluctuate; dressing in layers is advised.

Room assignments will be posted at the event location. Name badges and table signs will be in the meeting room.
WorldatWork 511: The Course and Event Disruption Notification Line

WorldatWork 511 is a course and event disruption notification line in case any natural or man-made emergency impacts a scheduled educational event. WorldatWork 511 streamlines the process to alert course presenters, participants and partners of any last-minute changes, both on site and online.
WorldatWork 511 can be used by course participants and presenters to report an emergency in a voice message. It will also be the place for WorldatWork to update with a voice message for any future callers with the latest status (e.g., the instructor will arrive by 11 a.m., the course has moved to a new location, etc.).
Instructor-Led Live Online:
- Participants are required to have at time of course a computer, Internet access and a telephone line.
- Course binder will be mailed to participants prior to the first day of class. Registrants may incur additional charges for overnight shipping.
- Connection information will be provided to registrants via the WorldatWork Web site. Once registered, login to the site, click My Profile and choose My Online Education. Select the course you wish to access and follow instructions on the Web page.
- Each course includes an optional certification exam to be taken through computer-based testing centers worldwide. To schedule your exam time, call Customer Relationship Services at 877-951-9191 (toll-free) or 480-922-2020 (local).
Instructor-Led Live Online Classroom
Instructions for participating in WorldatWork live online education are available through the “My Profile” page under “My Online Education,” and they are e-mailed to you one day before the event. Participants will also receive a physical binder shipped to them prior to the course. The e-binder will be accessible two weeks prior to the course start date or upon registration if a person registers within two weeks of the course. Attendees will receive an e-mail with information on how to access the e-binder.
Self-Paced E-Learning
If you have purchased a self-paced e-learning course or seminar, or if you have purchased a self-study course binder, the binder will be shipped to you within 7 business days. An e-binder will also be accessible. Attendees will receive an e-mail with information on how to access the e-binder.

Exam Information
WorldatWork is pleased to offer computer-based testing (CBT) as a preferred solution for customers who have registered for any certification exam.

Your exam eligibility expires after 120 days. You must schedule and complete your exam within 120 days from the first day of a live event (traditional classroom or instructor-led live online) or from date of purchase for self-paced e-learning. 30-day exam access extensions are available for a fee of $150 USD if purchased before your 120-day eligibility expires.
Billing Information
WorldatWork provides billing and collection services to WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals ("Society"). Accordingly, certain charges may relate to services provided by the Society.

WorldatWork is always concerned about the health and safety of our participants and faculty. With the flu season upon us, please be considerate of your fellow WorldatWork classroom attendees. Hotel Discounts
WorldatWork has negotiated a group rate at the host hotel which will be honored until the contracted block of rooms has been sold or until the cut-off date has expired, whichever occurs first. WorldatWork cannot guarantee the group rate after that time. To make reservations, please call the hotel listed for your event, mention that you are a WorldatWork event attendee and the dates of the event to receive the group rate. Hotels can be found next to the event on the schedule.
