Area of Study – Compensation

One of the key elements of Total Rewards is compensation. Many companies focus extensive efforts and strategies towards finding a balance between the organization’s bottom line and objectives, and retaining engaged and productive employees. During a down economy, this balance becomes even more difficult to maintain.
