2010 SALES/EXHIBITOR RECEPTION
Sponsors will have the opportunity to choose their 2010 booth space prior to conference
Sunday 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. | Exhibitor Lounge (Inside the Exhibition Hall)
Be sure to attend and take advantage of the advance signup for 2010 in Dallas/Fort Worth. One lucky company that purchases their booth by Sunday night will receive a free 10x10 for 2010.
We are continuing our loyalty program this year for 2010 booth selection. Sponsors, as always, have the opportunity to choose their booth space before the Sunday night reception.
At our Sunday night reception, we will begin selling booths at 7:00 p.m. (You are welcome to get in line earlier if you wish.) Numbers will be given out as early as 6:00 p.m. The numbers will be divided into three groups:
Group A — companies who have exhibited with us 4 or more years
Group B — companies who have exhibited with use 2-3 years
Group C — first-time exhibiting companies
Groups will be called by letters — first the A’s, then the B’s, and then the C’s. We hope you will find this system simpler than other conferences, and by taking a number, we hope you will enjoy the reception while networking with other exhibitors.
Additional booth sales hours in the foyer outside of the Exhibit Hall:
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Note:
Alcohol can be served in booths except on Monday Night (unless you signed up to sponsor a beverage station at your booth for the Sunday Night Welcome Reception). All food and beverage need to be ordered through The Washington State Convention & Trade Center.
We will make an announcement when it is ok to begin move out all attendees and guests must be out of the hall before move out begins.
