Tina M. Corea, CBP, Director, Employee Benefits, T-Mobile USA, Inc.

Tina joined the T-Mobile HR Leadership team in 2003. As the Director of Employee Benefits, she is responsible for the overall management of nationwide employee benefits programs including Health & Welfare, Life & Disability, Retirement Income, Education Assistance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Time Off programs and much more. Tina and her team are relentless in their commitment to continuously finding ways to deliver exceptional benefits programs and processes and they understand how the programs they deliver contribute to making T-Mobile a “Best Place to Work”.

Tina has held a variety of leadership roles over the past 25 years in the healthcare insurance services field as well as operations and general manager positions in Seattle-based Employee Benefits and Third Party Administration firms. She has her Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation through World at Work, is an active member of the Council on Employee Benefits and serves on the client advisory council of UnitedHealthcare.

Most proudly, Tina is the mother of 15 year old identical twin boys. Her interests include musical theater, wine tasting, and Seattle Mariner baseball games.
