In her role, Teresa Hopke develops strategy, programs and policies that help support employees in their personal and professional lives. She has been employed with RSM McGladrey for five years and has been in her current work-life role for three years. Prior to her work-life role with the firm, she was their Director of Compensation. Before joining RSM McGladrey, Hopke was most recently employed as a work-life consultant at Mercer Human Resources Consulting, assisting clients with the development of work-life strategy and researching employee and employer views on work-life issues.
