Sue Robboy, Senior Director of HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits, T-Mobile
Sue Robboy is the Senior Director of HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits for T-Mobile, managing delivery of HR programs for 40,000 employees nationally. Based in Bellevue, Wash., T-Mobile USA. is the U.S. operation of Deutsche Telekom. As of yearend 2008, 32.8 million customers use T-Mobile’s innovative wireless products and services that help empower people to connect to those who matter most. T-Mobile was named as one of Fortune magazine’s 100 Best Places to Work earlier this year.
During 2005 and 2006, Sue worked on the Client Services team for Jobster, a recruiting and social networking dot.com based in Seattle. Previously she was Vice President, HR Operations for AT&T Wireless in Redmond, WA. Sue spent 15 years of her career at Towers Perrin, as the Managing Partner of the Towers Perrin Seattle office and a compensation Partner in New York. Earlier roles included Director of Sales for Porter Henry & Co. and Public Relations specialist for AT&T. Sue has an MBA in Marketing from the Stern School of Business at NYU and a BA in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University. She has served on the Board of InRoads Puget Sound, mentoring talented minority students, for the past 10 years. |
