Scott Buchanan is Director, Benefits Delivery at The Boeing Company. Scott is responsible for company-wide employee benefit delivery solutions, leveraging supplier arrangements and health-care purchasing. He is also responsible for wellness program delivery and managing health and productivity information and analytics. Scott joined Boeing in 1979 following graduation from Gonzaga University, in Spokane, Washington, with a bachelor of business administration degree. He also holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation and has completed certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
