Robert Ihrie, CCP, CBP, Senior Vice President Employee Rewards and Services, Lowe's Companies Inc.
Since August 2007 Bob Ihrie has been the Senior Vice President of Employee Rewards and Services for Lowe's Companies, Inc., where he oversees the strategic direction of all compensation, benefits, payroll and International HR programs for more than 250,000 employees. He also serves as secretary of the Compensation and Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors. He serves as the employer co-chair of Care Focused Purchasing and is a Board member of the National Business Group on Health and Lake Norman Regional Hospital.
Prior to joining Lowe's, Ihrie spent 13 years at Payless Shoe Source in a variety of compensation, benefits and HRIS positions. He has more than 35 years of experience in the retail industry. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Haverford College and has an MBA from Harvard University and a JD from Temple University. He is also a certified compensation professional and a certified benefits professional. |
