Linda Roundtree, President, Roundtree Consulting

Linda Roundtree, president of Roundtree Consulting LLC, partners with organizations to design, implement and communicate work-life initiatives.

She specializes in consulting on employer of choice strategies and helping companies complete "best company" applications. Previously, Roundtree held various leadership positions in operations, customer service and human resources at American Airlines, and was a vice president with Ceridian.

Roundtree is a past president of the boards of Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP) and Child Care Resources and is a WorldatWork faculty member. She graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in Communicative Disorders, Audiology.
