With 20 years of professional experience as a consultant and human resources executive, Juan brings insight and expertise in the design and implementation of high impact solutions that help his clients meet their strategic objectives. He addresses a range including human resources strategy development, organization restructuring, post-merger integration, employee and executive compensation program design and performance measurement and management.

Prior to joining Axiom, Juan led consulting practices for Mercer and RSM McGladrey and had executive responsibility for total rewards at Constellation Energy and Baan Company.  Juan is a frequent speaker on human capital topics and has authored articles in publications including WorldatWork's workspan, where he serves as a reviewer.
