Ellen Galinsky, President, Families and Work Institute
Ellen Galinsky is President of Families and Work Institute, a nonprofit center of research on the changing family, workforce and community. She co-directs the National Study of the Changing Workforce, National Study of Employers and When Work Works, a project on workplace effectiveness and flexibility. She has authored more than 30 books and reports including "Ask the Children."
A highly rated speaker at the 2005 WorldatWork Conference, recipient of Vassar College's 2004 Distinguished Achievement Award and election to the 2005 class of the National Academy of Human Resources, she appears regularly in the media, including Today, Good Morning America and Oprah. |
