Chris Gann is Vice President of Total Pay at Starbucks Coffee Company, based in Seattle. Chris has a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and over 20 years of experience working within a broad range of Human Resources functions.  His tenure in HR has included extensive work within Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems and the Generalist role both domestically and internationally.
