Charlie Signorino, CCP, Vice President of Compensation, McGraw-Hill
Charlie Signorino is the Vice President of Compensation for McGraw-Hill Education, a major business segment of The McGraw-Hill Companies. He is responsible for the design of all employee and sales compensation programs for education publishing and assessment, including sales commission and performance-based bonus plans.
Prior to joining McGraw-Hill, Charlie was in-house consultant for The MONY Group (which was sold to AXA Financial in 2004), Covance, Inc., the Newcourt Credit Group (formerly AT&T Capital Corporation), the Continental Corporation., and Merrill Lynch International.
Charlie is a Certified Compensation Professional and serves on the Board of the WorldatWork Society. He is former chair of WorldatWork Executive Rewards Advisory Board. |
