Bruce W. O’Neel, Director Compensation, T-Mobile U.S.

An executive leader with comprehensive skills in developing and driving strategic business initiatives with a proven record of executing on operational plans, Bruce O’Neel is focused on developing an engaged and committed workforce that values integrity, accountability and diversity while cultivating results through a collaborative and innovative work environment.

His responsibilities have included the following programs: base pay programs, variable pay programs including short-term incentives for non-sales employees and long-term incentives, wealth accumulation programs, health and well-being benefits, and performance management practices focused on pay for performance. He also maintains fiduciary accountabilities and plan governance responsibilities, including federal filings and disclosures associated with a publicly traded company.

Prior to joining the T-Mobile team, O’Neel was Safeco Insurance Vice President Total Rewards and Verizon Communications, with the most recent role as the Executive Director Global Total Rewards for Verizon Business. 

Bruce holds a B.A. in Health & Wellness from Wayne State College in Nebraska and a master’s in Business from Dallas Baptist University with an emphasis in Organizational Effectiveness.
