Beth Wright, Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations, Recreational Equipment Inc. (REI)

Beth Wright, Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations at Recreational Equipment Inc. (REI), leads compensation, benefits and HR operations teams in support of REI’s mission to inspire, educate and outfit for a lifetime of outdoor adventure and stewardship.  Prior to REI, Wright held the role of First Vice President/Senior Rewards Manager with Washington Mutual.  She also served for many years as a senior consultant with Towers Perrin, specializing in executive compensation and employee pay.   Wright graduated from Seattle University with an M.S. in Finance and from Pomona College with a B.A. in Government.
