For 2012, WorldatWork has added a new segment to highlight the ever-changing world of technology and discuss how leading technology solution providers are staying ahead of the curve.  The Technology Showcase will have three different parts:

Part 1 - Spotlight on Technology:  From Spreadsheets to Engagement
This session will offer the following information:

• OpenSymmetry will provide insight on the current technology space based on results from the recent WorldatWork and OpenSymmetry sales compensation survey as well as predictions for the future.
• A panel of practitioners will discuss their “case study” business challenges, the technology solutions they selected, and the good and sometimes not so good implementation and results.
• Q & A session with the audience.

Part 2 - Spotlight on Technology: Solving your Technology Challenges
Take advantage of this one-on-one opportunity to meet with technology solutions providers in breakout rooms.  Share your sales compensation challenges and see demonstrations of how these technology solutions providers can help your organization.

Part 3 - Spotlight on Technology:  Dealing with Today’s Challenges 
Watch Ben Torres of Dun and Bradstreet, an experienced practitioner and veteran of many technology implementations, and Jerry Colletti of Colletti-Fiss, a seasoned consultant, discuss today’s most challenging sales comp issues with a panel of technology solutions providers.
