Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing.  Confirmed registrants who fail to notify WorldatWork of cancellation in advance of the conference forfeit all fees paid.  A $75 administration  fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before May 12, 2011. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be forfeited for cancellations received between May 13, 2011, and through July 20, 2011.  All event fees will be forfeited after July 20, 2011.  Credits issued for cancellations may be applied to other WorldatWork events or products. Prices and programs are subject to change without notice.
