2002 WorldatWork Pre-Conference Survey Results

One month before WorldatWork's 47th Annual Conference, the association sent 1,207 surveys to registered attendees. The survey was open from March 12 to March 19, 2002.  A total of 418 responses were received, a 35% response rate.  The survey queried the conference attendees on a variety of issues, from personal job changes to macroeconomic conditions and perceptions about how the media covers compensation and benefits issues.  The results of the survey are presented below.
