Bonnie Kabin, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), has 20 years experience in the human resources profession, specializing in total rewards and certification.
Prior to joining WorldatWork, Kabin was the senior director of Compensation, Benefits and Human Resources Information Technology for Pinnacle West Corporation, a Fortune 500 company specializing in the generation, sales and delivery of energy products and services to over 900,000 customers in Arizona. Her experience also includes six years in the banking and investments industry, where she was vice president and director of Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS for Equimark and Federated Investors. She also served in similar capacities for ten years in the health care and steel products industries.
She has been interviewed for her expertise in human capital management and professional certification for Business Week magazine, Human Resources Magazine, Employee Benefit News, and major newspapers in China, including South China Post and China Daily.
