Sue Holloway, CCP
Sue Holloway, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), manages the design, delivery and quality control of all education products and services for WorldatWork. She is responsible for identifying and anticipating total rewards issues, legislation, and other market influences affecting the total rewards profession, and designing products that address those factors.
Prior to her current position, Holloway led product development teams at WorldatWork, working with top experts in compensation to develop traditional and innovative learning seminars, conference workshop programs, publications, and new products.
Starting as a benefits analyst in 1985, Holloway held various HR positions with progressive responsibility at Southern California Edison. During her time there she consulted with human resource departments to define user requirements for automated systems, designed and administered executive compensation and benefits programs, led departments through downsizing processes, and developed compensation and performance management strategies.
Holloway has been interviewed for her expertise in compensation and benefits by the Wall Street Journal , New York Times , Christian Science Monitor , The Arizona Republic , Benefits & Compensation Solutions magazine and BenefitNews.com .
