Vicki Hersh

Vicki Hersh is responsible for the overall management of faculty recruitment, selection, training, and evaluation at WorldatWork. She also oversees the scheduling and administration of teaching assignments, as well as strategic faculty communications. Outside North America she has developed teaching cadres in Europe, South Africa, Australia, and China.

Prior to her assignment with WorldatWork, Hersh spent six years at Arizona State University holding the positions of Greek Life Coordinator, Associated Students of Arizona State University Coordinator and Assistant Director in Undergraduate Admissions. In all, she has more than 12 years of experience in higher education administration.

She has been profiled in newspapers such as East Valley Tribune and JobWeek, and has been interviewed by Expansion Ejemplo and Actualidad Economica, business publications in Madrid, Spain.

Education:
M.S. in Higher and Adult Education from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale
B.S. in Elementary and Secondary Education from Northwest Missouri State University
