Carrie Clark
Public Policy Analyst
Carrie Clark is a Public Policy Analyst for WorldatWork responsible for monitoring and reporting on regulations and legislation that could affect total rewards and human resource professionals in the United States.
Clark joined WorldatWork in 2008 and has nearly five years of experience tracking, analyzing and reporting on regulations and legislation of interest to Total Rewards professionals.
Throughout her career, Clark has had responsibility overseeing and coordinating activities in areas ranging from compensation (including FLSA, pay equity, and unemployment/COBRA issues) to health care to retirement plans (defined benefit and defined contribution) to work-life programs.
Clark is a regular presenter and writer on the impact of federal legislation and regulations
on total rewards. She focuses on issues related to FMLA, health care reform implementation, paid leave, pension reform, retirement, the Dodd-Frank implementation, FLSA, workplace flexibility, and telework (among others). Her blog posts are available at worldatwork.org. She also tweets for the WorldatWork Public Policy department (WorldatWork_DC).
