WorldatWork Community Features

Create Connections Through a Variety of Options

Keyword Search
Use the search box on the upper left corner of the screen to search for other Community members. Enter keyword(s) and then select Members under Narrow Results in the Search Results screen. Under Refine Member Search, additional filters allow quick refinements.

Connection Opportunities
Found on your Community homepage, this is quick view of Community members who match part of your profile. Click on a category and view Community members or further refine the criteria. For example, there may be 250 members in your city. Click the link to see those members and then click categories under Refine Member Search to see those who also work in your industry or have a similar function. If the members listed do not match your current job, location or responsibilities, please update your profile.

FAQs

Is my e-mail address protected? Yes. Messages you sent through the Community will appear in the recipient’s inbox from WorldatWork. By default, your e-mail address will not appear in your Community profile unless you change that setting.

Who will be able to search for me? If you are a WorldatWork Premier Member, your information (name, title, company, address, phone, industry, certifications) is available to other Premier Members only, unless you change your settings to provide access to Online Community Members also. Online Community Member’s profiles are available to all Community members.

What if I don’t want to be in someone’s network? Do not accept their invitation. You can also block a community member from inviting you again.

Where is the Membership Directory? The Membership Directory is now incorporated into the Community. Start your search in the Web site search box and then click “Member” under Category to narrow your results.

The same member data that was available in the directory is now available in the site search. WorldatWork Premier Members who have joined the Community will have more detailed information available. WorldatWork Premier Members can continue to search for other members without joining the Community. They also can join the Community and continue to network with other WorldatWork Premier Members and all Community members.

How do I report abuse? Click the report abuse icon or contact the Community Moderator at moderator@community.worldatwork.org.
