About Ordering Online

Orders will be processed with U.S. funds.


Is my credit card number safe?
Completely. WorldatWork uses the industry standard in secure server software (SSL). All your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted before it is sent across the Internet.


How do I order online?
WorldatWork online ordering currently supports new membership and renewals, seminar registration including exam-only sessions, and all items from the bookstore.

Step 1. Add items to Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart is used to hold items you wish to purchase. To add items, click on the appropriate "Add to Cart" button or, in some cases, you will be given a list of check boxes. Click the appropriate box or boxes and then click the "Add Selected to Cart" button. Items in the shopping cart can always be removed before checking out. Your cart can be viewed at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of your screen.

Note: Online ordering requires that your preferences are set to accept cookies. A cookie is a small file that is placed on your computer. It allows your purchases to be held in memory until you are ready to check out.

When you are finished adding items to your cart, select "Proceed to Checkout" from the Shopping Cart.

Step 2. Checkout. First, you will be asked to complete contact information including shipping address. Next, you will see final totals including tax, if applicable, and shipping. At this stage, you will enter your credit card information.

Step 3. Receipt. After your credit card is authorized (this may take a moment), you will have the opportunity to print a receipt with a complete breakdown of your charges.


How is my order confirmed?
The final step in the online ordering process is a printable receipt showing a complete breakdown of charges. If you are registering for a seminar, a further confirmation will arrive in the mail approximately one week after your transaction date.


What forms of payment are accepted?
WorldatWork accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (U.S. only). Payment is required at time of order.


Do I need to be a member to order online?
No. Members do, however, receive discounts on many WorldatWork products and services.


How can I register more than one person for an event?
Each participant must be registered separately. Use the log out button after each registration to clear the shopping cart and order information.


Are there other options besides online ordering?
Yes. Our site provides PDF forms for seminar registration, publication purchase, and membership. Each area has a link that allows you to download or print these forms using Adobe Acrobat. You also can order by phone (excluding WorldatWork FLSA Exemption Assistant Job Duty Classification Reports), toll-free Monday-Friday at 877-951-9191 or +1 480-922-2020 from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST.

Tax and Shipping
Shipping charges and applicable tax will be added to publication and product orders at the checkout stage of your order. Online ordering for publications from outside North America is not yet supported. Please call Customer Services at 877-951-9191 or +1 480-922-2020 to place your order. Sales tax on publications: 7.95% on orders shipped to AZ. Canadian tax: GST/HST as applicable. For more shipping information, click here.


Can I return a purchase?

Return Policy: Sale items, exam retakes and extensions, Course materials, e-books, subscription-based products and e-learning product purchases are nonreturnable.
