Door Prize Donor Form

This form is due by March 1, 2008 if your company will be donating a door prize.

Door prize drawings add excitement to the exhibition, bring visibility to your company, and also draw attendees into the exhibit hall. Three drawings will be held, one each of the three days of the show.

Prizes will have a minimum value of $200 and will not be an exhibitor product or service or have a limited usage, i.e., demonstration diskettes, software, publications or items focused to a restricted audience.
Winners will pick up their prize from the donor's booth.

Donor companies will be recognized in the Conference/Exhibition Program Guide and listed in special signage.
