How to Order
	Order online with a credit card.  About ordering online

Payment
WorldatWork accepts payment in U.S. dollars by check, money order or credit card: American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover (U.S. only). Please note that prepayment is required on all orders. Make checks payable to: WorldatWork.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and tax applies to book order orders only.

WorldatWork ships Bookstore orders via FedEx Ground unless a service other than standard shipping is requested. FedEx Ground Service Map from Scottsdale, AZ.
FedEx Ground can only ship to physical street addresses, no PO boxes.

Next-day afternoon and 2 Day shipping orders must be placed by 10:00am MST.

Tax:
Arizona customers: add 7.95% sales tax
Canada customers: 5% GST / 8% HST if applicable

If ordering five or more copies, please e-mail for discounted pricing.

Delivery Procedures
All books are in stock unless otherwise noted.

In-stock orders received prior to 10  a.m. MST typically are shipped the same business day. In-stock orders received after 10 a.m. MST typically are shipped the next business day. Orders sent via fax or mail should be for standard shipment only. Expedited orders placed online should be completed by 9 a.m. MST.

Items that are not in stock at the time you place your order will be shipped as they become available.
