Bulk Order Policies

• Discounts apply only to WorldatWork Press hard-copy print books (excludes e-books).
• Discounts are applied to the list price for a single hard-copy print book.
• Discounts apply only to multiple copy purchases of the same book within the same transaction.
• Discounts are subject to change with out prior notice.
• Payment must be received at the time of purchase

• Approval for Purchase Orders must be obtained prior to placing order. Contact us at books@worldatwork.org for additional information.

Payment
Pre-Payment must be received at the time of purchase. WorldatWork accepts payment in U.S. Dollars by check, money order or credit card: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover (U.S. only). Make checks payable to: WorldatWork.

Return Policy
WorldatWork print publications must be returned in sellable condition. The following products are non-returnable:  All course binders and course e-binders, subscription-based products, Job Duty Classification Reports, e-books and sale items. Inquiries regarding return of bulk book purchases must be directed to books@worldatwork.org.
