Confirmation
You will receive written confirmation from WorldatWork for conference registration within 14 days of receipt. If you do not receive confirmation, please call Customer Relationship Services at 877/951-9191.

Cancellation Policy
We want to reduce risk for you and your company so if circumstances or policies change in your organization, there will be no cancellation penalties through January 6, 2012. Cancellations between January 7, 2012, and March 16, 2012, will incur a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee. After March 16, 2012, there will be no refunds. No-shows will be responsible for the entire registration amount. Cancellations must be in writing.
