Mission Impossible: Managing Internal Pay Issues
Does your compensation structure have pay inequities?
While most HR leaders agree that their compensation plans should reflect the different experience, performance, and skill levels among their employees in similar jobs, and company-wide, few actually have a structure in place devoid of pay inequities.
Join us as Stacey Carroll, CCP, SPHR, addresses the challenges of internal pay equity, and presents how to:
- Identify the market compensable factors which support pay differentiation
- Build pay differentiation into your structure, that’s based on business priorities
- Amend pay inequities and prepare yourself and other managers for difficult pay conversations
In this presentation, you’ll learn about justified differentiation and how to build a strong compensation plan, while mitigating the unnecessary inequities that plague many companies.
You’ll walk away with facts, statistics and the best practices for addressing internal pay issues.
