Tips, Tools and Techniques to Boost Your Wellness Effort

Today’s approach to wellness is not as effective as we need it to be. Research shows that too many employees are not aware of available resources, don’t feel they have the power to change their health and simply don’t prioritize their health. How can employers create awareness, empower employees and help them shift priorities? Answer: through a more expansive approach to wellness. This webinar will introduce seven available wellness levers and share the health trends and research that can alter and improve today’s approach to workplace wellness.

Attendees will learn:

  • Additional methods to improve the health and well-being of their workforce
  • Research on the effectiveness of new tools, such as health games and social networks, to improve health and well-being
  • The connection between supporting employee and public health and financial performance
