Alison Avalos, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), manages the Content Deployment, Community and Research Team, overseeing online content deployment, the online community and the WorldatWork Salary Budget Survey.

Avalos has 15 years experience working in the human resources field, and has authored multiple survey reports, white papers and workspan articles. She has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Philadelphia Inquirer, Calgary Herald, US Banker and several radio stations for her expertise in total rewards and salary budgets. She speaks regularly on compensation, recognition, and total rewards topics at WorldatWork events and HR conferences.



Kerry Chou, Senior Practice Leader, WorldatWork

Kerry Chou, Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional and Global Remuneration Professional, is a senior practice leader in the areas of base and variable compensation, performance management and market pricing.

Chou has over 20 years of human resource experience and has worked in a variety of industries including high tech, telecommunications and transportation.  He has held several senior HR positions including Director Global Compensation and Benefits for ON Semiconductor, Senior Director Compensation and Benefits for eFunds Corporation, Director Compensation and HRIS for America West Airlines and Manager Compensation for Northwest Airlines.

Chou has been a periodic contributor to workspan and was the recipient of that publication’s 2006 Contributor of the Year Award.  He has been quoted in publications such as The Dallas Morning News, Econoplay, Sales & Marketing Management Magazine and the East Valley Tribune.  He also served for several years on the WorldatWork National Compensation Advisory Council.
