Workplace Flexibility – Using Survey Findings to Strengthen Your Organization's Practices

Many organizations struggle with understanding the opportunities workplace flexibility offerings can provide and the success that they can achieve by supporting these programs. In a recent survey WorldatWork conducted to explore current trends in workplace flexibility practices, findings indicate that the degree of workplace flexibility culture in place at a company does correlate to a number of things, including turnover.

This Webinar will highlight the key findings on a variety of flexible work arrangements (by employee group and industry), as well as the impact of these on employee motivation, engagement, satisfaction and turnover. In addition, we will go beyond the results by focusing on the most significant relationships discovered and how your company may benefit. Your thinking will be challenged about what your organization’s perceptions of flexibility are and how you might strengthen your organization’s flexibility practices.

This 90 minute informative Webinar will:

  • Provide a brief background of the WorldatWork 2011 Survey on Workplace Flexibility and its methods
  • Review key survey findings
  • Explore the implications of the data
  • Discuss how organizations can increase their chances of success with workplace flexibility
