Taking Employee Motivation "Beyond Paychecks"
A Paychex Online Total Rewards Success Story
To engage and retain employees, Paychex needed an effective way to more easily demonstrate and communicate the full value of the investment they’re making in their workforce. But pulling together all the different data sources to create a total compensation picture was a time-consuming, manual process. And, because the result was a static, once-yearly, printed document, it was a limited motivational tool.
Problem solved. In this 60-minute Webinar, Scott Latshaw, HR Technology Manager, Paychex, will discuss how Paychex deployed an online total rewards statement to its 12,000+ employees in over 100 locations who can now:
- Access a comprehensive, dynamic and personalized view of their total rewards – with info from multiple data sources
- Understand Paychex’s full share of healthcare premiums, equity compensation and more
- Receive targeted communications encouraging participation in health and wealth-building opportunities – Paychex’s “Active Health” wellness program, for example
Bottom line? Paychex’s new online total rewards statement is helping engage, retain and motivate employees. Barry Maxon, EVP Sales and Co-Founder, Enwisen, will join Scott to discuss how you can deploy AnswerSource™ Total Rewards Statements in just weeks to achieve fast ROI.
