I really liked Teresa's suggestion of having senior leaders re-commit to the flexibility program on an annual basis. I believe this approach could work well with so many initiatives/programs within organizations. As she says, this will make it more part of the culture rather than a one-off program.

Wow! Teresa Hopke needs to come back. I would love to hear more about the way they created this culture shift and how well workplace flexibility is having an impact on productivity. pls bring her back!
