Great roundtable discussion! A "must" for anyone new to the Compensation business; and a reminder for all of the problems with linking Compensation policy to CPI escalators. Only 20 minutes long, so its easily digested.

Basic and rather superficial, although it did eventually get to some of the major issues: 1. pay by spending v. performance; 2. inflationary cycles; 3. managing expectations and 4. unidirectional flux. Never addressed "what is THE COL?" nor gave specific prescriptions.
