Getting Your Thoughts on FMLA

March 18, 2008—Thanks to all who participated in the WorldatWork FMLA member survey. The survey closed on March 10 and WorldatWork is busy analyzing the results. We got over 450 respondents! This response was much greater than a similar 2005 survey, and I'm eager to see the results.

In other news, the National Coalition to Protect Family Leave released the results of a nationwide poll on FMLA. The findings are fascinating and I recommend reading the executive summary

WorldatWork is also running a quick poll on intermittent leave—please participate (it’s on the WorldatWork homepage). WorldatWork would also still like to get member feedback on the proposed FMLA regulations, so please feel free to send me your thoughts!
