About the Blogger:
Cara Welch is the Director of Public Policy for WorldatWork, responsible for anticipating and addressing regulations and legislation that could affect total rewards and HR professionals.
Cara joined WorldatWork in 2007, and prior to that she served as general counsel and vice president of advocacy at the Design-Build Institute of America in Washington, D.C. Cara has 15 years' experience in public policy and government affairs and is a member of the DC bar. Her experience includes advocacy at the local, state and federal levels.
